Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Prisium Books. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client", "you") and Prisium Books Inc. ("Company", "we", "us"). Please read them carefully before using our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Prisium Books' website and bookkeeping services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part, you may not access the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients.
2. Description of Services
Prisium Books provides bookkeeping, financial reporting, tax preparation support, catch‑up cleanup, and related accounting services. We do not provide legal advice, tax advice (unless explicitly stated), or investment services. All financial decisions remain your responsibility.
3. Payment & Fees
Fees are billed monthly or as agreed in your plan. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file. Late payments may incur interest (1.5% per month) and suspension of services. All fees are non‑refundable unless required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and timely financial information
- Maintain copies of all source documents (receipts, bank statements, etc.)
- Comply with all applicable tax and business laws
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
- Indemnify Prisium Books against losses arising from false or incomplete data
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prisium Books shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the prior 3 months.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate the service with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, we will provide your financial data in a standard export format within 15 days. Prisium Books may suspend or terminate access immediately for non‑payment, breach of these terms, or illegal activity.
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Gujarat, India.
8. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on our website. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
